My name is Matt and I have learned a lot of things in life that don’t serve me well, as all of us have. It feels like I’m starting to “grow up” even though I am over 40. I am choosing to be open, to learn uncomfortable things, which means taking a closer look at myself. I often judge myself unkindly and unfairly and I’m changing that. In being more gracious to myself, I also choose to be more gracious to everyone else in the world. We are all children of God and we all deserve to be treated as such.
